You have launched an MVP and gained some user traction? Great! It's time to structure how you build your product.
During 2 to 3 months, I am your Product sparring partner, helping you define the next steps of your product to drive it to success:
1/ Define the North Star experience for your users post-MVP
2/ Challenge the opportunities and issues that raised during MVP through research
3/ Drive product development of the most important features

This workshop has two objectives: raising awareness among your team about the societal impact of your product and identifying concrete actions to maximize the positive impact, while considering your business challenges.
